Made For Your Cat — Not Mass Produced Each DriftPaws bed is crafted individually. We don't mass produce or rush these pieces — every bed is made one by one with time, care, and close attention to detail.

Production Time Please allow 10–14 business days for production and finishing before your order is shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your bed is on its way.

Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days depending on your location and local carrier transit times. You'll receive a tracking number by email — please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.

Free Insured Shipping Every order ships free and fully insured. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no stress, no lengthy claims process.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once shipped, we can no longer change the address.
